Ready, steady, go….
It's taken years to get to this point. Files and files of paperwork, meetings, lawyers, solicitors, planners, surveyors, architect, engineers, nesting bird person, tree huggers, bat man, newt lady - the list goes on and tediously on. Here we are - Day 1, 7.30am on the 30th September, 2013 and I'm on site with the builders. It's a misty morning, but it looks like it's going to be a fine day to make hay and build a home.
